I work for Xerox Europe and have been a salesman, trainer, manager and latterly worked as a technical sales trainer at the European Training Centre at Wokefield Park, Nr. Reading, UK.

My current role is manager of the Web Based Learning site for all employees of Xerox Europe. This system has been in existence since 1998 and is used by about 20,000 users a month to improve their skills.

The system contains over 5,000 e-learning courses and many product courses.
